Privacy Policy

Fleetpal LLC ("Fleetpal," "we," "us") operates the Fleet Maintenance ROI Calculator at roi.fleetpal.io (the "Calculator"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Calculator, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Fleet information you enter in the Calculator. Your answers to the Calculator questions: fleet size, vehicle types, how you manage maintenance and inspections, maintenance spend range, breakdown frequency, downtime cost, and the operational challenges you select. This is business information about your fleet operation, and we save it as you progress through the Calculator, including if you leave before finishing.

Contact information you provide. If you choose to unlock your full report, we collect your work email address and company name. You can use the Calculator and see your headline savings estimate without providing either.

Technical information collected automatically. When you use the Calculator, we record your browser type (user agent), the page that referred you to us, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source), and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We hash the IP address before storing it and use the hash only to limit abusive or automated traffic. We cannot recover your IP address from the stored hash.

Bot-protection signals. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that report requests come from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser and may set a cookie strictly for that purpose. Turnstile is Cloudflare's privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA; Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

How we use it

To calculate and deliver your report. Your Calculator answers feed the savings formulas and the Fleet Health Score. If you unlock the full report, we email it to the address you provide.

To generate your written analysis. We send your fleet answers and computed results to Anthropic's Claude API, which generates the written analysis in your report. We send only your operational answers and the computed figures. We do not send your name, email address, or company name to Anthropic.

To follow up about Fleetpal. When you unlock a report, we add your email, company name, and Calculator results to our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) so our team can follow up about how Fleetpal could help your operation. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of sales contact at any time by emailing info@fleetpal.io.

To protect the service. We use hashed IP addresses and Turnstile verification to limit spam, scraping, and automated abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Calculator. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy and security commitments:

• Supabase hosts our database and server functions, where your Calculator answers and contact details are stored.
• Lovable hosts the Calculator website.
• Cloudflare provides Turnstile bot protection.
• Anthropic processes fleet answers and computed results to generate the written analysis.
• HubSpot stores contact details and Calculator results for sales follow-up.
• Resend delivers the report email.
• Google Analytics measures how visitors use the Calculator.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Calculator, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie solely to perform its security check. The Calculator does not use cross-site advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep Calculator submissions and contact records for as long as we have an ongoing business reason to hold them, such as an active sales conversation or an email subscription you have not cancelled. Email info@fleetpal.io to request deletion, and we will remove your records from our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same, except where we must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights and choices

Email info@fleetpal.io to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of sales and marketing contact

We respond to requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or national privacy laws, and we will honor verified requests made under those laws.

Children

The Calculator is a business tool for fleet operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact info@fleetpal.io and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page. Your continued use of the Calculator after a change means you accept the updated policy.
